Meet the Staff

Robin Wedberg, M.D., is in her 24th year of professional practice as a board-certified gynecologist. She received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University in 1972, and graduated with honors from George Washington University Medical School in 1977. She completed her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the UCSD Medical Center in San Diego and is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Wedberg was appointed by the Governor of California to serve on the Medical Quality Review Committee, a division of the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance.

Marcy Thornton, R.N.P., has 20 years of experience as a gynecological nurse, with the last 10 as a Nurse Practitioner, including a full scope of gynecologic patient care. She joined Dr. Wedberg's practice in 2001.

Denise Maestas, our Business Office Manager and Patient Billing Manager, has 30 years of experience in the medical industry. She joined Dr. Wedberg's practice in March 2003.
